Day 63 - Rest is Part

Listening to My Body Today. Today is a rest day. Between the cold and the ongoing recovery from the injury, my body clearly needs a slower day. I’ve been researching gentle movement like Tai Chi that won’t put stress on the foot. Not to rush recovery — but to keep the body and mind engaged.

Day 65 - Healing Still First

This is one of those moments where the message almost writes itself. Healing Still Comes First.

Went shopping...Put more stress on the foot than expected...The shattered toe started bleeding again from the nail bed. It was a clear reminder that my body isn’t ready for normal activity yet.

Sometimes when you start feeling a little better, you forget how much healing is still happening underneath

Day 69 Not Perfection

I missed Day 67 because work got pretty intense. One of the things this journey is teaching me is that life doesn’t pause while you’re rebuilding

My diet… I’m still eating clean but I’ve started eating all vegetables and fruits.  Like carrots and potatoes...
