In Week 12, Planned Break - Celebration - Then pushed too hard and injured my hipe and back
Day 79 - Planned Breaks
This weekend was my anniversary, and I’ll be honest, I stepped away from the diet.
This is actually part of the plan. Something the I decided at the very beginning of this journey. Life events are meant to be lived, not avoided. My goal and intention with this rebuild is regarding life. To be healthy, mentally healthy, physically healthy, Emotionally healthy… So that I can enjoy life. I enjoyed the weekend guilt free.
Breakfast: Hard Boild Egg, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Keto Tacos, Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Protien Shake, daily vitamins
Exercise: No Workout
Book: Grit
Weight: 262.5 lbs
Day 81 - Breaking Point
I hit a wall. This is not a motivation day. This is a truth day. This Is the Breaking Point: 2 days ago – it was actually right after I posted, went shopping without the cane, Foot/leg got stressed, Hip inflamed from compensating, Now in constant pain.
I’d be lying if I said I’m not thinking about giving up. I don’t have an answer today.

Lunch: Grilled Salmon & Veggie, Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Protien Shake, daily vitamins
Exercise: No Workout

Day 83 - Managing Through
I’m managing the pain a little better, but I’m still in it. I honestly didn’t think I was going to record today... Hip is slowly improving, Foot still healing and painful.
There’s no position right now that feels completely comfortable.
Breakfast: Chicken & Egg, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Salmon & Veggie, Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Protien Shake, daily vitamins
