Lessons Learned

In Week 13, Out of the Medical Boot - Additional injury due to medical boot, 

Day 86 - Managing Recovery

It’s been about a week dealing with the inflamed hip. Sleep still disrupted (waking early from pain) , Still discomfort. 

It’s been a tough stretch. I’ve also had a goal in mind that I haven’t said out loud..  getting under 200 by August.”

It’s still possible… but this injury definitely slowed things down.

Breakfast: Chicken & Egg, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled steak & Salad,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Protien Shake, daily vitamins

Exercise:  No Workout
Book: (Paused on reading)
Weight: 263.80 lbs

Day 88 - Hopeful No Rush

I’m starting to feel hopeful again.  Seeing improvment.  Discomfot and pain comes once in a while, so It’s not gone, but it’s improving.

Mentally, I want to get back to working out. Physically, I’m not quite there yet. This is where I have to be careful not to rush it.
