Lessons Learned

Lots of adjusting for Week 2.  Slowly feeling like there is a change, not phsyical but mental change. Making sure that I showed up and keeping my commitment to be consistant. Why am I doing this, I want to change.  Not happy with the weight, where I am at in life... So this is me taking steps in making these changes in 'Rebuilding' my life.

Day 8 - Weekend Explained

I took the weekend off from posting, not from the journey, and I want to explain why.

Weekends are for observing, not performing
Reflection is part of rebuilding
Silence ≠ quitting

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Chopped Veggie, Marinara Sauce Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Pistachios , daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Upper Body (Increased weight)
Book: Atomic Habits
Weight: 273.3 lbs

Day 9 - Adjusting

I talk about what I’m adjusting,  and what I’m not, as I keep moving forward.  The old version of me would panic and overcorrect. I’m not doing that anymore.  I’m making small, reasonable adjustments, not starting over. This rebuild is about learning how to adjust without quitting. That’s the skill I’m building.

Day 10 - Reflection

Today I want to talk about what’s starting to feel different, even if it doesn’t show yet.

I’m not waking up motivated, but I’m waking up committed. That’s new. I’ve noticed Less self-criticism, Slightly more energy or awareness.

Lunch: Chopped Grilled Chicken & Veggie, Greek Yogurt Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Pistachios , daily vitamins

Day 11 - Showing Up

Today isn’t exciting, and that’s kind of the point.

Nothing dramatic happened today. And instead of seeing that as a problem, I’m starting to see it as progress.  No big wins, No big losses, Just routine.

Discipline isn’t loud. It’s not motivating. It’s just deciding to show up again.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Sausage wraps, Chopped Veggie, Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Pistachios , daily vitamins

Day 12 - Thinking of Starting

I didn’t start because I felt ready. I started because staying where I was felt heavier than trying again. You don’t need confidence to start. You need willingness.

If you’re watching this and thinking about starting, you don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to do it honestly.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Sausage, Veggie, Almond & Egg, Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Pistachios , daily vitamins
