Lessons Learned

What I've learned for Week 5.  Hitting the 30 Day Mark.  Still Hard but staying consistant and trusting the process.  Consistency is the main takeaway this week.

Day 28 - Four Weeks In

Four weeks in and coming off another weekend, I’ve noticed something important...   Weekends used to feel like a reset button in the worst way… 

If weekends stop breaking me, this becomes sustainable.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Ribs & veggies & Pesto,  Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Keto Snack Mix, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Upper Body (35lbs Dumbbells)
Book: Extreme Ownership
Weight: 261.9 lbs

Day 29 - Quietly Working

Four weeks in, I’m starting to notice what’s quietly working. I’m noticing that… Consistency feels more natural, Less emotional reaction to food or scale, Better self-talk

What I’m learning is that The changes that last…. they don’t announce themselves

I’m protecting simplicity and consistency

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Steak & Squash & Pesto,  Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Keto Snack Mix, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Mobility/Stability

Day 30 - Still Rebuilding

This is Day 30 of My Real Rebuild. Thirty days in and I want to reflect on what’s actually changed: What’s changed most is how I respond, Less panic around setbacks, More awareness, less reaction, 

What hasn’t changed, To be honest: It’s still hard, Motivation still comes and goes, Results aren’t dramatic, Temptation didn’t disappear

Rebuilding is about identity, not intensity.  I’m not doing this to feel good today. I’m doing this to live better later.

Lunch: Grilled Steak & veggies,  Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Handful of Keto Snack Mix, daily vitamins

Day 31 – What Continues

This is Day 31 of My Real Rebuild. Thirty days didn’t end anything… it clarified what continues.

I didn’t change plans after Day 30… and that’s intentional.

The work didn’t get easier… I did.  I’m protecting consistency, balance, and honesty.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Sausage & Keto Wrap, Veggie Slaw,  Vita. B+ 
Dinner: Popcorn, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Mobility/Stability

Weight: 258.8 lbs

Day 32 - A Normal Day

This is Day 32 of My Real Rebuild. Today isn’t special… and that’s exactly what I want. Nothing about today demanded willpower,  it required presence.

Thoughtful food choices... I always plan my meals the day before I go to bed.  That way no thought, just follow through

I used to mistake normal for failure.  The reality is that If this doesn’t become normal, it won’t last.

It is the old you that got you where you are today; only a new you can get you out.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Loin, Veggie,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Handful of Pistachios, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Upper Body

Weight: 258.5 lbs
