Lessons Learned

In Week 6, I realized that I’m beginning to view myself differently, on both a conscious and subconscious level.

Day 35 - Didn't Miss Out

This weekend tested something important, and it didn’t break me.  Last-second game day + birthday to be hosted at my house. Food, People, energy…

Normally this is a Danger Zone…

I ate clean.  I was present and having fun, didn’t feel deprived.

The biggest change isn’t what I ate, it’s that my life doesn’t have to shrink for this rebuild to work

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Loin, Arugula & Blue Cheese,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Handful of Keto Snack Mix, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Upper Body

Weight: 257.2 lbs

Day 36 - Trust Myself

After this weekend, I realized something important… I trust myself more than I used to. This is not perfection, Rules or Willpower.

This means I can see the potential for Long-term sustainability. When I trust myself, I don’t need extremes.

 I’m protecting that trust by keeping things simple and honest. 

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Loin, Arugula & Blue Cheese,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Handful of Keto Snack Mix, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Mobility/Stability

Day 37 - Control was Never

I thought control was the answer.  Following Strict rules.  Mindset of All-or-nothing thinking. 

Control felt strong… but it’s actually fragile.

Contrasting to: Consistency, Awareness, Simplicity

Stability isn’t loud. It’s not dramatic. But it lasts.

Breakfast:  3 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Loin, Arugula & Blue Cheese,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Cheese & Keto crackers, daily vitamins

Day 38 - I Feel Like Me

Something interesting is happening, this doesn’t feel like a project anymore. Less emotional charge around food or routine. 

In the beginning, I was building structure. Now the structure is holding me.  It’s starting to feel like me.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Loin, Arugula & Blue Cheese,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Plan Mix Nuts, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Mobility/Stability

Weight: 254.4 lbs

Day 39 - Had a Dream

Something interesting happened… I had a dream. I was at a wedding, got served cake... I refused and didn’t feel deprived... What struck me wasn’t that I skipped cake… it’s that I didn’t feel like I was missing out.

That’s subconscious alignment.  That's an identity shift.

Breakfast:  2 hard boiled eggs, Yerba Mate, daily vitamins
Lunch: Grilled Pork Loin, Arugula & Blue Cheese,  Vita. B+ Drink
Dinner: Popcorn, daily vitamins

Exercise:  Cardio Warm-Up & Upper Body
