Week 1

(Days 1–7) Why am I doing this, espeically on a Public Forum.  Building Processes in order to make changes in my life.  Starting with losing weight.

Week 2

(Days 8–14) Slowly feeling like there is a change, not phsyical but mental change. Making sure that I showed up and keeping my commitment to be consistant.

Week 3

(Days 15–21) Lots of reflection on this process, and starting to notice minor changes in the way I think.

Week 4

(Days 22–27) Having established Systems will trump willpower.  What does Progress actually look like

Week 5

(Days 28-32) Consistency.  Showing up is the win.

Week 6

(Days 33-40) I’m beginning to view myself differently, on both a conscious and subconscious level.

Week 7

(Days 41–48) Had an accident that shattered bone, with multiple other broken bones and open lacerations.  Learning how to deal with major trauma.

Week 8

(Days 49-55) Frustration watching the scale stand still and slowly climb.  Trying to find new balance and align with healing.  Details of the accident.

Week 9

(Days 56-62) Relearning Balance: Between Healing, Frustration, and Forward Movement.  When Frustration Meets Patience.

Week10

(Days 63-70) Slowing Down, Listening, Adjusting, and Staying the Course. When the Body Says Slow Down and Learning to Listen

Week11

(Days 71-78) Need to slow down, progress is slow and the healing process is slow.  Doctors telling me it is going to be a while

Week12

(Days 79-85) Planned Celebration and then new injury caused by medical boot and favoring the injury

Week13

(Days 86-92) Out of the Medical Boot - at 60% Healing - planning a new routing
